For the past decade Jeff has suffered from a relentlessly progressive neurological deterioration and is now confined to a wheelchair. Narrated by Jon Krakauer, the film tells the compelling story of his life including the Metanoia route on the North Face of the Eiger and his latest challenge of facing his own mortality.
