What's On For Runners
Runners are spoiled for choice at this year's Sheffield Adventure Film festival with three Running Film sessions presented by Trail Running magazine editor Claire Maxted.
There are also talks by Team Salmon's Ricky Lightfoot and Berghaus athlete Steve Birkinshaw. And there's a rare chance to hear US endurance runner Nikki Kimball who is flying in for the screening of her film Finding Traction and giving a talk on Saturday night.
Over in the Workstation, Sheffield running store Accelerate will be hosting a weekend long series of sessions and talks focussing on kit, technique and injury prevention in the Running Hub.
