I was born and bred in Doncaster and started climbing on the gritstone edges 20 odd years ago, before moving to Sheffield in 1996.  Soon afterwards I became a UIAGM mountain guide and I’ve been lucky to work and climb in many different parts of the world, but I always love coming home to Sheffield. It’s an awesome city - for a quick route, a days work on the grit, or a blast on the bike, but most of all for the number of likeminded folk who live here. It’s hard to beat!
